In-Person Training Plans

We know that no two dogs learn the same way. That’s why our Custom Training Plans are built around your dog’s unique personality, pace, and goals. Whether your dog needs extra time to focus or catches on quickly, we’ll tailor every session to bring out their best and give you the tools you need to be a confident owner.

At CK9E, we offer a wide range of courses and training options to meet every dog’s needs. Some of our most popular programs include Basic Obedience Training, Off-Leash Training, Service Dog Training, and Personal Protection — to name a few. Whatever your goals are, we’ll help you create a confident, well-balanced dog through personalized, relationship-based training.

We offer three types of lessons to fit your schedule and training needs:

  • Trial Sessions – A great way to get started and see if our training style is the right fit for you and your dog.

  • Drop-In Sessions – Perfect for dogs who need a refresher, extra help in a specific area, or flexible scheduling.

  • Session Packages – Our most popular option, designed for long-term progress. Each package includes 15 sessions, covering obedience, confidence building, and communication skills. Best value!

We primarily train in Columbia, South Carolina, but may be able to accommodate sessions in surrounding areas including Blythewood, Elgin, Lexington, West Columbia, Irmo, Gaston, Cayce, and more. All dogs are required to be up to date on vaccines prior to beginning training. We currently have no waitlist for in-person training - there’s no better time to start than now!

If you’re ready to start your training journey, simply fill out our consult form to schedule your first session.

NEW: Trial Sessions

Our Trial Sessions are a great way to get started with Columbia K9 Elite and experience our training approach firsthand. This option includes five 1-hour sessions for $200, designed to give you and your dog a strong foundation while keeping things flexible and affordable.

Trial Sessions can cover a variety of goals — from basic manners and leash etiquette to off-leash obedience and confidence building. They’re ideal for clients who want to see results before committing to a full package or those looking for a budget-friendly way to begin training.

Drop-In Sessions

Our Drop-In Sessions are perfect for dogs and owners who need a little extra help in specific areas or want to keep their skills sharp. Whether you’re working on leash manners, recall, or general obedience, these flexible sessions are tailored to your dog’s current needs and progress.

You can schedule Drop-In Sessions individually at $50 per hour or $30 for 30 minutes, making it easy to fit training into your schedule as needed. They’re also a great option for returning clients who have completed a package and want occasional refreshers to reinforce what their dog has learned and keep your dog’s training on track

Session Packages

Our Session Packages are designed for lasting results and stronger communication between you and your dog. This is our most popular option for owners who want a structured training plan and consistent progress over time.

Each Regular Package includes 15 one-hour sessions for $550, covering everything from obedience and confidence building to behavior modification and real-world communication skills. These lessons are personalized to your dog’s learning style, pace, and goals, ensuring steady improvement and a stronger bond.

If you’re ready to commit to your dog’s long-term success, this is the best value for complete, customized training.
